Delete your ROCEN account
You can request deletion of your ROCEN account and associated ROCEN business data by emailing [email protected]. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to make a request.
Email a deletion requestSend your request from the email address associated with your ROCEN account so that we can verify it. State that you want your ROCEN account and associated business data deleted, and include your business name. Do not send your password. If you cannot access that email address, contact [email protected] so we can help verify your request.
ROCEN is operated by Stuart Anderson as a sole trader.
What happens next
We will verify your request and your authority over any shared business records before deleting them. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal reasons or another applicable exception.
What will be deleted
Account deletion includes your ROCEN account and associated ROCEN business data, where applicable and where you have authority to request its deletion:
- Account and profile information
- Business information
- Customers and their records
- Projects and jobs
- Quotes and invoices
- Appointments and schedule data
- Tasks and notes
- Documents
- Photos, media and work records, including signatures and completion records
Requests concerning a business’s customer records may need to be handled with that business. If you only want particular information deleted, say so in your email; that does not necessarily close your account.
Deletion timescale
Verified deletion requests will normally be completed from ROCEN’s active systems within 30 days, unless a legal obligation or applicable exception requires retention. This is the active-system deletion target in our Privacy Policy.
Information that may be retained
As explained in our Privacy Policy, limited information may need to be retained for legal reasons or another applicable exception. We will explain the relevant information, reason and applicable retention when handling your request.
Provider backups and diagnostic records can take longer to remove. The Privacy Policy states that Firebase authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated, and Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal.
For AI assistance, provider-side records may be retained for service operation and abuse monitoring. Their retention depends on the API feature and account configuration; ROCEN is not configured as a zero-retention service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Removing the app from your device does not itself delete your ROCEN account or cloud records.
